Like each of us, I faced difficult life situations: the loss of loved ones, divorce, the inability to improve relations with superiors and colleagues. I wanted to be good for everyone, as my parents taught, but in the end I was unhappy myself. At some point, I decided enough was enough and decided to take my life into my own hands. And for this I went to study coaching at the International Association IFC. I also studied NLP technologies according to all Robert Franklin Pucelik standards.

 

The training lasted a long time: we had both theoretical and practical training, as well as many hours of personal therapy. During this process, I realized that I was making more mistakes than I imagined, and my problems were rooted in my childhood.

 

But after the course, I was able to change my life by 180 degrees, build harmonious relationships with my husband and daughter, improve relationships with colleagues and put in the place of the boss, whom I used to be afraid to shiver. It was as if my wings had grown, because I realized that my happiness is my conscious choice, and no one but me can influence it.

 

However, now, after the training, I felt that it was not enough for me to be happy on my own. I wanted to help others, show them what I learned myself.  So coaching became my profession, and I have never regretted that I chose it. Over the years I have done over 1000 sessions and helped over a hundred people improve their quality of life.

 

There is no greater pleasure than to see that a person discovers new facets in himself, breaking through the boundaries and confidently receiving results that he had not hoped for before.
